Parquet
We are producing three-layer prefinished parquet with following characteristics:
- Dimensions: 14mm x 200mm x 2.200 mm or 14mm x 200mm x 1.080mm,
- Produced according to European norm EN 13489,
- Laying on subfloors without any further actions required (such as polishing or lacquering),
- Laying on dry, clean, even and solid subfloors, over existing old parquet, ceramic or PVC floors , or anhydrite floors like cast concrete and chipboards,
- Fast, easy, clean and glueless installation on floors by simultaneous interlocking of header joints and longitudinal joints,
- StepLoc – patented double interlocking mechanism with 0,01 mm tolerance,
- Dynamic, long lasting and resistant connection between boards which ensures no more shatter gaps even when installed on heated floors,
- Floor can be used immediately after installation,
- Floor can be easily dismantled and relocated if needed (in case of having been laid as floating floor, i.e. without glueing),
- A damaged floor plank can easily be replaced in any section,
- The top layer withstands three to four sandings,
- High wear resistance,
- Product types: 3-layer 3-strip, 2-strip or 1-strip (with the whole top layer made of one piece) prefinished parquet.
A parquet board consists of (from top to bottom):
- two layers of acrylic surface lacquer, UV hardened (including ceramic lacquer on the final layer)
- three layers of acrylic primer lacquer, UV hardened
- acrylic filler, UV hardened
- primer, UV hardened
- 3,6 mm top layer made of high quality wood (beech, oak, ash, maple, birch, elm, hornbeam, acacia, or exotic species)
- 9,4 mm middle layer made of crosswise spruce fingers
- 2 mm bottom layer, made of spruce veneer (stabilizing layer).
The majority of our production has the top layer made of the most popular wood species: oak, white beech, steamed beech or ash, which are the most popular ones. Upon request, the top layer can be also made from other wood species.
